We fly to San Juan, Puerto Rico where we find the temperature is normally in the 80’s – just wonderful. This sets the stage for an awesome vacation. Puerto Rico is one of the largest islands in the Eastern Caribbean encompassing mountains, underground caves, coral reefs, white-sand beaches and an incredibly massive rain forest that supplies fresh water to most of the island. Basseterre, St Kitts: Basseterre is the capital of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. The islands of St. Kitts and Nevis are two of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles, which is an archipelago of the West Indies in the Caribbean. It is the main entry point for tourism to St. Kitts and Nevis by cruise ship. The island is separated into parishes (districts).
