Stuart Hall

Stuart Hall, founder and President of ABS Travel Group has worked in the Travel Industry for over 30 years.

With his vast experience and array of skills, he is able to train and direct the ABS team to deliver vacations, unlike any others. 

From working in the Greek Islands to guiding local tours of the Black Hills, Stuart has literally been around the world.

In addition to escorting tours, Stuart guides the business forward continually looking for ways to grow and expand the tour base of ABS Travel Group.

Gemma Hall

Gemma Hall, daughter of Stuart Hall and Vice President of ABS Travel Group, joined the company in early 2008 following a move to the USA from the United Kingdom. 

Gemma has worked in Customer Service / Relationship Management based roles for 7 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her. 

As well as being an excellent Tour Escort for ABS Travel Group, Gemma liaises with Group Leaders ensuring all tailor made Group Tour requirements are met and exceeded.

Elaine Studt

Elaine has been with ABS Travel Group for 8 years in a sales, marketing and customer service based role. 

Elaine’s previous experience in similar roles means that she is a key negotiator within the ABS Travel Group, using contacts to gain exposure and drive sales for the business. 

Elaine is also an experienced Tour Escort, and has escorted our annual tour to the National Finals Rodeo Las Vegas, Nevada for the last 5 years.  Well known within the Black Hills community, Elaine is an asset to the business and our customers.

Jackie Klatte

Jackie has been with ABS Travel Group for 12 months. Jackie has worked in the travel and tourism industry since 1983 and working in various locations in Europe.

She has also traveled extensively in her spare time and is an excellent source of advice for all your traveling needs. 

Prior to joining ABS Travel Group, Jackie worked for Northwest Airlines for almost 10 years, where she gained further skills in Customer Service and travel requirements.

Jackie focuses on new tour development, customer service and liaising with business partners around the globe.
